Inputting Records into Product Maintenance

Editing Existing Product Records

 

 

 

 

If you want to make any changes, select the Product from the Product Description List and click the Edit button.

 

Note: Please read the Important Note at the bottom of this

page regarding deleting and changing of records.

 

 

 

Now you can make your changes to your Product.

 

When you are done with your changes, click the Save Edit button to save your new changes.

 

 

Click the Yes button to confirm to save your new changes or click the No button to not save

the changes and return to the Product Maintenance menu.

 

 

Click the OK button to continue.

 

 

Important: Please Take Note

If you try to delete a record and if this particular product is attached to a sale made to a

customer, the program will refuse to delete the record. 

Alternatively you can edit the record and the changes will be updated in the invoices that use that product.
