Inputting Records into Product Maintenance
Deleting Existing Product Records

Select a product from the Product Description List and click the Delete Button.

The program is now in Delete Mode. Click the Yes button to delete the record or the No button
to return to the Product Maintenance menu and not delete the record.
Note: When a record has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved again.
You will have to type in that record again if you want it back.
Please read the Important Note at the bottom of this page regarding
deleting and changing of records.

The Record is now deleted. Click the OK button to return to Product Maintenance.

Now you have to retype the record that has been deleted.
When you have typed the record, we will carry on with this Step-By-Step.
If you have forgotten how, read the Adding New Product Records section.
If you try to delete a record and if this particular product has a sale made, the program will refuse to delete the record.
Alternatively you can edit the record and all the changes will update the sales made with this particular product.
When you are done inputting your Products in the Product Maintenance, click Menu, Main Menu buttons to return to the main menu.
