The file would normally come as a ZIP file (VCI.ZIP) or in several files,
one of them being a VCInvoiceSetup.EXE file.
When it has been Unzipped, simply run VCInvoiceSetup.EXE and
follow the Installation instructions in this VC Invoice Step-by-Step.
